Ongo Company ("Company") values the privacy of Ritmo app ("Service") users and complies with applicable privacy laws.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info: Email address, display name, profile photo (via Google/Apple sign-in)
• Usage data: Music analysis records, crew activity, posts, messages
• Device info: Device type, OS version, app version
• Anonymous song analysis data: When you analyze your own files, we collect the song's title, artist, length, analyzed BPM and genre without linking them to your account or device. Audio files are never uploaded. You can turn this off in Settings > Sharing > "Help improve BPM lookup".

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and manage the Service
• Music beat analysis and result storage
• Crew/community features
• Messaging and notifications
• Service improvement and bug fixes
• Improving BPM lookup for YouTube songs (anonymous song analysis data)

3. Media Access

• Photo library: Used to select profile photos and crew images.
• File access: Used to import music/video files into the app.

4. Data Retention

Personal data is deleted promptly upon account deletion, except where retention is required by law.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except:

• As required by law
• Essential service providers (Supabase: data storage, Google/Apple: authentication)

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings > Delete Account.

7. Your Rights

• Access, modify, or delete your personal information
• Edit profile and delete account within the app
• Contact us for any privacy-related requests
